PLsolutions has been established by Christian Pauritsch whose career to date has encompassed a blend of national and international hotel and catering operations, consultancy and advisory work.

Over the last 20 years Christian has worked with multinational organisations such as Sheraton Hotel Group, Quiznos Subs, Campbell Catering and most recently Kylemore Food Group.
